Role Overview
Proposal Engineer at Kadoon Wellness is responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals for projects in various industries with special focus on MEP. Their primary role is to analyze project requirements, evaluate technical specifications, and develop comprehensive tender documents that meet the client's needs and requirements. The right candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience in MEP design for overall estimation and costing.
Responsibilities
1- Project Analysis: Review and analyze project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work to understand project objectives and deliverables.
2- Tender Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive tender documents, including technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules, and other relevant information required for the bid submission.
3- Cost Estimation: Collaborate with the international and local network of suppliers / other departments to gather cost information and estimate project expenses. Develop detailed cost breakdowns and share it with engineering and projects managers. Apply value engineering concepts to provide the best value and total cost of ownership to Kadoon Wellness clients and customers.
4- Technical Evaluation: Evaluate technical specifications, drawings, and other project-related documents to identify potential risks, challenges, and compliance requirements. Propose technical solutions or modifications to meet client specifications. Conduct studies to establish standard cost data and set up cost monitoring and cost management analysis.
5- Bid Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive bid strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify key differentiators and value propositions to enhance the competitiveness of the bid.
6- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, procurement, and legal departments, to gather necessary information and ensure the bid is aligned with the company's capabilities and resources.
7- Supplier/Subcontractor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers or subcontractors, request quotations, and negotiate subcontracting agreements to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
8 - Bid Submission: Prepare and submit tender packages within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with all client requirements and submission guidelines.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related field.
· Excellent application of engineering and design principles
· Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Calculations and design apps.
· Prior knowledge in swimming pools and SPA.
· 3-5 years of experience in MEP field
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and project requirements.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and commercial acumen.
· Good project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Medical Storekeeper

Supervise daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of all local and out station supplies.
1. Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of product, materials, and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
2. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver products, materials, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.
3. Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels. Manage the full purchasing cycle from supplier selection to requisition management to purchase order generation, sending and receiving into warehouse to fulfill demand from different business units and different purchase types.
4. Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.
5. Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
6. Take periodic inventories and conduct monthly inventory program.
7. Responsible and monitor temperature control of warehouse temperature storage, proper handling as per the compliance of SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority).
8. Develop, implement and continuous reviews of SOPs (Standard Operating procedures) as a guideline to maintain and measure the performance as a benchmark.
9. Responsible to prepare daily / weekly / monthly dispatch report.
10. Responsible to prepare sales order, sales returns, PO's material, training material and internal transfer request on daily basis.
11. Responsible to prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales loses report.
12. Responsible to prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales returns and damage goods report.
13. Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.
Knowledge & Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures.
- Methods of receiving, inspecting and issuing materials.
- Operation of a forklift and other assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology.
- Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
- Health and safety regulations.
- Automated warehouse inventory system.
Ability to:
- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in the operations and activities of the Central, Branch & Sub-Store Warehouses.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Received, issued, store and return warehouse stock and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / Graduate
- Computer Diploma / Course
Experienced
- Preferably a college or university degree or relevant experience in warehouse management.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in the relevant industry.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of each product, brand and suppliers.
- Understanding of warehouse processes for both manual and automated warehouses.
- Excellent in computer (Words/Excel/PP/)
- Strong knowledge & control in ERP system.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Handover daily order to the team.
- Tack and Follow up previous day order.
- Conduct Periodic Inventory by weekly, monthly & quarterly
- Protection of Company Assets and Equipment.
- Circulate Dispatch Email to all concerns.
